Returns

Customers must understand that when dealing with a live product, care is needed to keep the product fresh, healthy, and growing for years to come. We will give guidance whenever possible.

If you are not satisfied with your gift tree, you may return it. If the tree is returned within 2 days of receipt, we will refund the full amount paid or offer you a credit. Returns should be mailed to:

Terms of Service

Little Saps are packaged and potted to order, so please allow us 3-5 days to process requests for individual gift trees and at least 1 week for any order that is customized or intended for a specific event.

We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground from Grassy Creek, North Carolina. Depending on the destination, shipping will take 2-5 business days. Read more about shipping. We also offer a Rush/Express option that will ship USPS Express Mail and should arrive in 1-3 days.

Orders must be paid in full before shipping, pick-up, or delivery.

Customers who order Little Saps for an event must cancel the order at least 1 week prior to the ship or delivery date. A 25% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 1 week of the ship or delivery date will not be refunded.
